Total solutions for the egg processing industry
BTH supplies the whole line — loading, washing, breaking and separation, pasteurization, blending, filling and clean-in-place — to processors operating under USDA inspection.
Equipment for every stage
Shell egg intake through liquid egg filling. Because BTH supplies the whole line, sections integrate without third-party interfacing.

Built for the US compliance environment
Egg products processing in the United States is inspected by USDA FSIS under the Egg Products Inspection Act at 9 CFR Part 590. BTH systems are configured to support the requirements plants are held to — instrumented thermal control, automatic flow diversion, continuous temperature recording, and documented CIP cycles.
BTH's engineering lead, Mike Harris, is a former USDA official who was part of the group that wrote 9 CFR Part 590 and still sits on its review and update group — including the 2023 and 2024 updates — and remains a member of the 3-A Sanitary Standards committee.
